Job Description

Search and approach direct customers who have a need to use the company's products and services.
Advise customers on interior products that suit their needs. Or the sales staff is responsible for connecting customers with the company's design department to solve some other customer needs in design.
Provide customers with a summary price list of the design and construction process so that customers can grasp the information and make decisions.
Negotiate and sign contracts with customers. Sales staff are responsible for helping customers understand the terms of the contract before signing.
Monitor the company's implementation process with customers to provide timely comments and adjustments to ensure progress and quality as committed to customers. At the same time, coordinate with technical and accounting departments to ensure the company's payment settlement with customers.
