    Job Description

    Job Description:

    • In charge of TOFT channel, agents and stores
    • Search and develop sales opportunities to expand channels and open new points of sale.
    • Customer Care, maintain and build closer working relationships with customers to ensure achievement of required targets.
    • Responsible for completing KPI targets and sales targets as prescribed.
    • Conduct regular market visits as required by the company.
    • Plan and implement, coordinate sales promotion activities and promotional programs.
    • Propose and facilitate the development and implementation of sales plans in conjunction with channel managers.
    • Collect market trends, competitor data to evaluate the best solutions to increase sales efficiency.
    • Provide trade information, competitor activities and market intelligence to the team and coordinate to develop marketing and promotional activities to be deployed for the channel in charge.
    • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports.
    • Other related tasks


    Candidate requirements:

    • Diligent, industrious
    • Communication and behavioral skills.
    • Willing to learn and work under pressure.

    Income:

    • Bonus KPI, sales, etc. (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Income when reaching KPI: 15 - 25 million VND. Clear, realistic targets
    • Fixed salary: 7 - 12 million VND depending on experience
    • Allowance for gas, phone, lunch, uniform, etc.
    • Support for business travel and guest expenses
