The main job of a Sales Staff is to provide complete and appropriate solutions for each customer to increase revenue and profits for the business. Accordingly, a Sales Person needs to focus on goals, proactively seek and build relationships with potential customers.
Main tasks
o Introducing, consulting and persuading accessory stores and auto dealers to become partners and agents in the product line the Company is doing business in.
o Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in the field of automobiles and auto accessories (directly or indirectly)
o Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
o Ensure target sales and number of new agents opened monthly.
o Report to management levels on customer needs, problems, and concerns; Competitor activities and potential for business development in the area of responsibility.

o Age:
o Gender: Male / Female
o Graduated from College/University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
o Have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Person (automotive industry, auto accessories is an advantage)
o Proficient in MS Office tools
o Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
o Ability to self-motivate, plan specific goals and focus on achieving them.
o Proficient in sales, communication and negotiation skills for many types of customers.
o Proficient in work organization and time management skills
o Proficient in relationship management skills
o Be open to receiving feedback
o Use communication platforms well (Facebook, Zalo,...)
Income: From 15 MILLION or more = Fixed salary + Commission.
