    Job Description

    JOB DUTIES
    • Searching, offering products of the Company to customers (B2B) in all fields when customers need to use products for the purpose of making packaging, making tools, tools in the production process, do promotional goods, ...;
    • Operating in an assigned area or product group;
    • Maintaining & exploiting relationships with existing customer groups assigned, offering the Company's existing products or developing new products at the request of customers;
    • Planning the sales of the product group in charge;
    • Take care, handle, support to process orders and requests of customers;
    • Ensure tracking of payment progress; Receive & handle customer complaints reasonably;
    • Manage and store information and documents related to customers (quotations, contracts, official dispatch, ...);
    • Report on sales activities in the month and action plan for the next month;
    • Unscheduled report on the operation of the assigned product group;
    • Check, monitor and update the progress of the customer in charge. Set up, build, manage customer list;
    • Exploring and updating competitor and market information on a regular basis (prices, policies, new products, substitute products,...);
    • Learn and stay up-to-date on new technology.
