copy purchase contract, bank's support policy, discount priority,...
- Actively seek, take care of guests, make specific implementation plans, cooperate with teams and groups to
promote capacity, work efficiency
- Consulting, supporting, providing correct and complete information according to the regulations of the Investor, internal regulations of the company
- Show customers the actual project, visit the model house, ... answer all the questions and recommendations of the customer according to the scope of his knowledge, in case the problems are beyond the expertise.
Subjects must follow the instructions of their superiors.
- Guide customers to carry out relevant procedures in order, including: reservation, deposit, deposit contract, sales contract as well as remind customers of the time to make payment
progress calculation.
- Regularly communicate and maintain good relationship with customers, resolve complaints
related to the Company's products that the customer is trading under the purchase and sale contract.
- Carrying out communication for the Company by informing customers about the benefits
and the superiority of the products distributed by the Company to the market and at the same time record feedback
of the customer about that product
- Participating in implementing sales plans, introducing products, deploying communication channels,
online and offline marketing for each project.
