- Find out the needs and financial capacity of customers to advise customers on suitable products.
- Provide product information, promotions, and pricing by identifying customer requirements; advising customers in choosing locations, payment methods, progress and quality in accordance with usage needs and choosing the optimal plan for financial investment.
- Guide and support customers to carry out procedures for signing deposit and payment contracts, buying and selling procedures with the Company, procedures for bank loans...
- Promote the Company's real estate products; through marketing channels.
- Actively seek and expand markets and potential customers;
- Market survey to collect and update necessary information;
- Guide customers to visit the model house, as well as guide the customer's route and return.
Job requirements
- Graduated from High School or higher.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in related industries: sales, real estate, knowledge and understanding in the field of sales.
- Skill:
• Good verbal/communication skills.
• Listen and grasp customer psychology.
• Ability to consult, persuade, expand relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
