Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
• Search for, advise, and provide customer service to sell the company's real estate products. • Ensure sales targets are met and build lasting customer relationships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and develop potential customer sources (online channels, customer data, etc.).
  • Introducing and advising on products that suit the customer's needs and desires.
  • Guide and assist customers in viewing products in person and meeting with clients for direct consultations.
  • Collaborate with sales departments to assist customers in negotiating and signing contracts.
  • Caring for and maintaining relationships with customers before and after sales.
  • Update market information, product details, and sales policies at each stage.
  • Participate in the company's product training and sales skills development sessions.
  • Prepare periodic business performance reports as required by superiors.

REQUEST:
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or higher, computer literacy, and knowledge of social media.
  • Candidates should have at least one year of work experience, preferably with strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience in real estate is an advantage.
  • I am passionate about and eager to develop my career in the real estate field.
  • Proactive in work, with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • We have tools to support our work: phones, laptops, and transportation.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who already have a customer base or have experience in sales in other fields.
  • In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: telesales skills, proficiency in consulting, and persuasion skills.
  • In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: Real Estate, a strong understanding of Project Sales, and relevant knowledge of Real Estate Business.

  • Income: Salary negotiable during interview + extremely high sales commission of 70%, averaging 50-200 million VND per transaction.

  • High commission: Products with high fees ranging from 1% to 3% of the transaction value (from 5 to 100 billion VND).
