Job Description

Develop/increase WE's B2B market share and sales nationwide to achieve company sales targets.
New Customer Development: Establish new cooperative relationships with 5-star hotels, retail stores - grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurant and coffee chains, food distributors as well as corporate gifts through the process of searching, negotiating, building prices, signing contracts, increasing sales during cooperation and maintaining excellent customer service.
Customer Account Management: Nurture and develop existing relationships according to company strategy (e.g. track sales, introduce new products, ensure products are well displayed on customer shelves, analyze product structure, analyze competitors, review prices, reorder, train partner staff, implement marketing activities, maintain good relationships with partners, collect debts...).

Inter-departmental coordination:

Work with Marketing department to update business results and jointly develop action plans to improve Sales & Marketing effectiveness.
Work with the Factory department to ensure smooth coordination between Sales and Production.
Work with Marketing to provide customer feedback on products and competitor information. Collaborate with Marketing to develop materials for business operations.
Work with the Finance and Accounting department to finalize contracts with customers.
Participate in developing medium and long-term business development strategies in line with the company's orientation.
Participate in sales forecasting and take appropriate action.
Work with Product Development and Design to propose new product development and design product launch materials.
Committed to adhering to the company's vision, mission and core values.
Manage costs effectively according to budget.
