JOB DESCRIPTION

Collect, analyze, and evaluate market information, customer habits and consumption behavior to make suggestions, recommendations, and identify market targets and potential customer groups.
Consulting customers through data provided by the company, offering suitable solutions for each project
Prepare quotes and make revisions as needed, meet with customers to negotiate, sign contracts, provide customer care, and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Manage risks such as late payments, change requests, contract disputes, to have contingency plans in place
Responsible and reporting business activities to direct manager
Perform other professional tasks as required by the Direct Manager

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from College, University majoring in Economics, Engineering, Construction, Architecture
Having 02 years of experience in a similar position, having worked in the field of construction, design or architecture is a plus.
Have in-depth knowledge of the industry and construction products
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
Analytical skills, situation handling, decision making
Honest, enthusiastic, dedicated, able to withstand pressure
Skillful, sociable, proactive, able to work independently and in a team
Priority is given to candidates who have worked as Architects, have good English communication skills, and have a laptop to work on.

REGIME, POLICY

Fixed salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month (not depending on DS)
1 month probation, 85% of fixed salary
Annual leave, full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance after 3 months of work
