1. Planning
- Directly plan to approach Micro Enterprises and consult on non-credit products and services for new and existing customers of the Center according to the bank's regulations from time to time. Ensure that customers use a variety of products and services of the Bank and that customers' needs are met.
2. Business implementation:
- Search and increase connections with Micro-enterprise customers. Market and communicate products and services that VPBank has available and that are suitable for the financial needs of potential customers.
- Advise on solutions, products and/or services in accordance with regulations, procedures and authority. Comply with internal procedures, regulations and codes of conduct. Products exploited include non-credit products and services (eg Cash Flow Management service packages, POS, payroll, insurance, credit cards, debit cards, payment solutions,).
- Manage customer portfolio and make care plan, contact periodically to grasp and promptly serve customer needs related to transactions, services, products of the Bank. Thereby increasing the number & value of transactions, revenue, profit from customers in your portfolio.
- Use customer management systems and other systems to report/track customer portfolios.
- Coordinate with sales staff within/outside the unit to exploit a full and effective customer base. Introduce credit customers to sales staff responsible for developing the credit portfolio.
3. Ensure business performance:
- Implement direct sales operations, activities and processes and/or coordinate with other units within the bank to maintain oversight and provide necessary support (including customer prospecting, marketing and referrals, etc.)
4. Sales capacity development:
- Regularly update knowledge about the bank's products and services, sales processes and procedures to customers, sales team, sales channels and solutions;
5. Other activities assigned by the Head of Department
