Duties and responsibilities:
• Check and control all sets of payment documents transferred from the operating department/unit, and monitor and compare with the payment plan/report/expenditure norms of each department.
• Assist Financial Controller in financial planning and determining capital needs for the Company. Balance cash flow
• Assist Financial Controllers in working with banks/financial institutions and State management agencies according to assigned tasks
• Accounting and preparing financial reports of operating units within the scope of assigned work
• Assist Financial Control in reviewing the implementation of accounting standards at operating units
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Controller, Board Director and General Director.
