TEACHING QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST INCOME 12-15MUS Working place: Tan Binh - Ho Chi Minh City
Scope of work and main responsibilities: 1. Control and evaluate the quality of teacher teaching - Implement the assessment of teaching quality in order to promptly reward if teachers improve and provide support/training if teaching quality declines;
- Organize after-hours teacher evaluation sessions
2. Evaluation of program quality - Implement program quality assessment at institutions, companies and schools.
- Report the program evaluation quality to relevant units
3. Control and evaluate the quality of training centers - Implement the assessment of training quality at the centers periodically
- Report the quality of the central assessment to the relevant units.
4.Other tasks under the direction of direct manager Requirements for the position:- Degree/certificate requirements:
1. Graduating from majors: majoring in English, or majoring in English teaching.
2. Computer:
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Highly adaptable to technology software with educational content.
3. Skills:
- Effective communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Work planning skills.
4. Foreign languages:
- Master 4 English skills.
- Achieve one of the following international certificates: IELTS 7.0, TOEFL IBT 90, TOEIC 960, or CAE.
- Required Experience/Knowledge:
1. Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Dharma teaching, good reasoning;
2. Experience:
- 1 year of experience in the field they are in charge of;
- 2 years of experience teaching all ages
3. Ability:
- High adaptability to changes and updates at work.
- Ability to present, contribute and create ideas.
- Ability to read reports and data related to expertise and analyze information.
