    Job Description

    - Monitor, record and reconcile revenue from e-commerce channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop)

    - Check and update payments from exchanges, shipping units, and e-wallets.

    - Accounting for marketing costs, discounts, and operating fees from exchanges.

    - Manage receivables, payables, order compensation and sales-related activities

    - Coordinate with operations department to control inventory and goods circulation.

    - Prepare periodic internal financial reports: revenue, expenses, profits by sales channel.

    - Support in preparing documents and books for tax reporting, auditing, and internal control.

    - Participate in building and improving accounting processes suitable for the characteristics of e-commerce.

    5. Requirements:

    - University degree or higher

    - Have experience working in the field of e-commerce for 1 year or more.

    - Knowing how to use e-commerce data management tools (Seller Center, reports from platforms) is an advantage.

    - Logical thinking, careful, highly responsible.

    - Have personal laptop.

    - Honest, eager to change.

    - Good office computer skills, excel.

    - Eager to learn.
