Monitor, print, scan, save, draft Business Contracts, Contract Liquidation Minutes, Acceptance and Settlement, Payment Requests, Revenue and Expenditure (regularly).
Draft and archive official dispatches and internal notices (regularly).
Receive goods invoices, check and review the legality of invoices and documents (regularly).
Monitor overall debt (regularly).
Coordinate checking all accounting transactions arising daily / monthly / yearly (regularly).
Support in preparing capacity profile (annual, and update when information changes).
