*JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Check and issue VAT sales invoices, update tax policies related to VAT and participate in training (if any)
- Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports and be responsible for the data
- Monitor and confirm customer debt payments on Cititics and PM Accounting systems
- Monitor and be responsible for data of Account 131,511,33311
- Weekly, prepare, check and send debt lists to Sales and related departments.
- Issue fee incentive codes upon request
- Monitor and check payment/advance/reimbursement records, account into the software and reconcile at the end of the period.
- Prepare receipts, cash payment slips, bank orders and record them in the relevant accounting PM
- At the end of the month/quarter: check documents, company expenses, accrual/allocation of periodic expenses... on accounting books, related reports
- Calculate gasoline costs, support the Chief Accountant in calculating commissions for employees
- Recommendations and suggestions for improvements in professional processes and accounting work (if any)
- Print books and store data and accounting documents according to regulations.
- Other related tasks as requested by superiors.
*REQUEST:
- Qualification: Graduated from University/College majoring in Accounting - Finance.
- Age: from 20-25
- 6 months of experience in invoicing and VAT reporting positions.
- Master accounting operations and tax policies.
- Proficient in using accounting software and office computers (especially Misa and Excel ).
- Careful, honest, responsible for work.
