Job Description

Track revenue and receivable accounting according to project progress, rental progress, and deposits;
Carry out sales and rental collection;
Track debt & provide debt data to relevant departments to ensure collection
full and timely payment;
Allocate selling prices, check sales policies, handover funds of real estate trading floors, policies
Increase or decrease prices... Carry out procedures for registration/notification of promotional and discount programs
according to the Regulations;
Control sales contracts, calculate brokerage commissions (individuals, organizations) and personal income tax from brokerage commissions

Issue sales and rental invoices. Submit invoice usage reports;
Control of stock funds and stock business areas;
Participate in building and completing sales software, rental software (if any), Sales process
goods & collection;
Other related tasks as directed by Superiors.

Candidate requirements

University degree or higher in major related to Architecture;
Have at least 2-4 years of experience working in a similar position in large-scale real estate projects, including 02 years working as an Investor;
Skills in coordinating consultants to release documents according to the design progress of the stages (idea, basic design, technical design, technical design)
Responsible and able to withstand high pressure at work.
