Work content:- Check and control AB estimates - internal estimates on quantity, unit price, amount and other fees related to each project item.
- Check and analyze in parallel with the signed economic contract to compare costs and report project profits.
- Check and control advances and refund payments with contractors
- Collect and store project-related documents,
- Monitor warranty policies and maintenance costs for projects
- Check, monitor, compare, pay debts, make payment plans for subcontractors and suppliers according to construction progress and contracts.
- Gather and prepare cost reports, profit and loss reports of projects upon settlement.
- Summary of receivable and payable debts for project partners.
- Summary of unfinished costs of projects.
- Make a summary table of project costs compared to internal estimates and AB estimates to see the business efficiency of construction projects.
Required Skills:- Experience: over 02 years in a similar position
- Understanding of accounting and auditing systems in the Real Estate industry
- Teamwork skills, agility, work proficiency.
