    Job Description

    - Job details:

    1. Daily accounting operations

    • Issue and verify VAT invoices based on contracts, payment schedules, and related documents.
    • Monitor bank transactions and reconcile accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP).
    • Review and process reimbursements and internal payments in accordance with company and tax regulations.
    • Support in processing domestic and international payments with banks and relevant parties.
    • Maintain complete and organized electronic records of accounting documents, contracts, and files.
    • Proactively coordinate with other departments to handle any issues arising regarding documentation and payments.

    2. Tax and Accounting Compliance Support

    • Assisting with periodic tax filing and preparing related accounting data.
    • Complete the PIT declaration for freelancers/KOLs as required.
    • Assistance in processing Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT).
    • Work with auditors, tax authorities, and service providers as needed.
    • Assistance in preparing and reconciling financial statements according to VAS standards.

    3. Reporting & Process Improvement

    • Assisting in the preparation of internal financial reports and related data analysis.
    • Propose improvements to accounting and internal control processes.
    • Support the standardization of financial processes according to corporate requirements.

    - Job requirements:

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
    • Candidates should have 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service company, agency, or multinational environment.
    • Master the accounting and tax regulations in Vietnam.
    • I have practical experience in:
      • Issue invoices
      • Pay
      • Refund
      • Track accounts receivable
      • Accounting document management
    • Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
    • Ability to use English in the workplace.
    • Careful, responsible, and able to handle deadline pressure.

    Positive points

    • Experienced in media, marketing, and advertising agencies.
    • Experience handling international payments or FCT (Foreign Contract Payments) is required.
    • I have experience working with freelancers/KOLs.
    • Having ACCA or CPA certifications is an advantage.
    • Knowing Chinese is a big plus.
