    Job Description

    Job details

    • Discuss with customers to get project information, required documents, confirm information and report to customers on project progress according to various types of reports.
    • Together with the project team, read and understand project business documents, confirm requirements with customers, perform system analysis and design.
    • Collaborate with PM to plan and monitor project progress.
    • Conduct quality checks on project output products before delivering to customers.
    • Be a bridge to communicate with customers, Q&A, solve problems arising during the project, and problems after handover.
    • Collaborate with project team to create project documentation

    Candidate requirements

    • Japanese proficiency, equivalent to N2 or higher.
    • 2 years of experience in IT Comtor/ BrSE specializing in the Japanese market.
    • Proficient in some project management software such as Redmine, Jira.
    • Have knowledge of Agile Scrum, Waterfall models.
    • Have good communication skills, present problems logically.
    • Ability to plan and manage well.
