    Job Description

    JOB DUTIES:
    • Reception and technical support for online/onsite customers.
    • Manage and set up internal network systems including storage, configuration of modems, routers, Wifi, Switches, network devices, and phones.
    • Manage network systems and AD Server...
    • Install Windows, Windows Server. Knowledge of Macos is an advantage.
    • Carry out periodic system inspection and maintenance work
    • Instruct users on skills in using IT equipment
    • Survey and advise on solutions to upgrade customer IT systems.
    • Coordinate/support the Sales team to advise on products.
    • Participate in implementing services and projects.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Minimum required experience is 1 to 2 years
    • Experience in computer hardware, printers, network devices (Wifi, Switch, Modem, camera...).
    • Have MCSA certification (or equivalent certification), CCNA.
    • Having MCSE, CCNP, Microsoft 365 certificates is an advantage.
    • Communicate in English, basic reading comprehension, respond to emails with customers.
