3. Main tasks:
- In charge of working with partners, drafting domestic and foreign sales contracts, cooperation contracts, joint venture agreements...
- Manage and monitor contracts according to regulations.
4. Requirements :
- Gender: Male/Female, age: from
- Graduated from University of Economics: Foreign Trade, Commerce, National Economy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Mastering the regulations and paperwork related to buying/selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
