    Job Description

    • Guide students to complete application documents (write resume, motivation letter);
    • Consulting on foreign orders and career guidance for students;
    • Interview training and monitoring of interview training: making schedules, announcing schedules to students, taking attendance, taking care of students and updating relevant contacts, urging and reminding students to participate in sufficient review sessions;
    • Monitor the status of student records processing into orders and answer related questions for students and focal offices;
    • Hand over complete documents to students before flight date, see them off, guide students through immigration procedures;
    • Translate application documents + professional contracts (when needed);
    • Support Marketing department with German content;
    • Support contact and search for new partners in Germany.
