JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Directly participate in handling complex requests and troubleshooting problems for the company's IT systems and member units.
- Administration and operation of server systems, storage systems and shared databases to ensure the requirements of IT infrastructure from the company and its member units in accordance with expertise, quality & progress. work level.
- Support - manage IT-related issues of the entire Company: servers, desktop computers, laptops and network systems, camera systems.
- Survey and evaluate the company's IT system. Proposing, planning and implementing IT system upgrades, software applications to meet production and business activities, improve operational processes and improve work efficiency.
- Administer the internal network system, data network connecting between offices, wireless network, Moderm, firewall, storage network, anti-virus, gateway, camera and other systems are operated safely, stable and continuous.
- Research and implement solutions to improve and improve availability; backup system, security capabilities and data safety of the Server system.
- Report system status, security issues, security vulnerabilities to suggest immediate remedial measures to management.
- Perform maintenance, software license renewal, warranty, .... for security devices
