Job Details
- Carry out recruitment to supplement personnel and meet the Company's human resource needs.
- Assist the Director in developing recruitment plans and recruitment cost plans.
- Ensure completion of documents and records for new employees.
- Prepare or update employment records related to recruitment, job transfers, promotions and termination of employment contracts.
- Implement timekeeping control of Departments.
- Carry out tasks related to human resource procedures such as signing labor contracts, reporting increases and decreases in social insurance.
- Related tasks as required by Management.
