Develop and execute recruitment plan
Operating the salary and bonus system and other remuneration regimes.
Develop and implement training plans, improve qualifications and skills.
Coordinating research, development of occupational safety regulations and supervision of implementation.
Drafting, reviewing and implementing procedures to change the legal records of the Company from time to time. Coordinating with the legal department inside/outside the Company to ensure the legal documents are in accordance with the provisions of the current law issued from time to time.
Monitor, update and manage records and list of employees of the Company.
