A Administration - Human Resources:
- Participate in building a sufficient human resources team, recruiting promptly, meeting the Company's development needs in each period at a reasonable cost;
- Timekeeping for employees, tracking leave days;
- Calculate salaries for employees according to current regimes and policies;
- Monitor and implement social insurance, labor contracts, personal income tax;
- Disseminate policies and benefits to employees;
- Promulgate policies, procedures, regulations and monitor their implementation;
- Plan, monitor, and organize training classes, meetings, and health checks for employees;
- Ensure administrative work and IT services effectively serve the Company's development;
- Procurement and allocation of equipment, uniforms, stationery, labor protection, printing....;
- Managing the company's general assets (Assets, CCDC serving the office, personnel....intellectual property, identification system);
- Monitor general data usage;
- Carry out work as assigned by the Department Head in each phase.
B Project Development:
- Manage and implement bidding, bidding and contract documents.
- Participate in development and sales activities assigned from time to time.
