JOB DETAILS: This role is responsible for content planning and production, marketing materials management, coordination and reporting, event support, and administrative/operational support tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for basic design and product photography.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- A. Content & Communications
- Plan and produce content for the fanpage and product website;
- Collaborate with the seeding team to ensure consistent brand information;
- Manage posting schedules and track content performance.
- B. Marketing Materials Management (Promotional Materials)
- Manage, store, and update sales materials: brochures, leaflets, standees, posters, promotional gifts, etc.;
- Work with design/agency to edit or produce new materials;
- Monitor inventory of promotional gifts and POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and suggest replenishment as needed.
- C. Coordination & Reporting
- Collect data from Sales, Marketing, and Distributors to compile weekly/monthly/quarterly reports;
- Monitor the progress of marketing projects and assist the Project Manager in coordinating work;
- Prepare meeting materials and training materials for dealers or distributors.
- D. Event Support
- Coordinate and organize events for the Product Department and company-wide events;
- Prepare gifts, supplies, and materials for the event;
- Basic logistical support, check-in, photography, and video recording.
- E. Administrative and operational support tasks
- Prepare paperwork related to contracts, proposals, payment of marketing expenses, and other related costs.
- F. Basic Design
- Simple image, banner, and poster editing;
- Take product and event photos when needed.
REQUEST:- A. Education
- Graduated from college/university in Marketing, Communications, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
- B. Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing Executive, Content Executive, Admin Marketing, or equivalent position;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, mother & baby, or FMCG industries.
- C. Professional skills
- Write good content and understand how to write sales content for the mother and baby industry.
- Proficient in basic design tools: Canva, basic Photoshop, or equivalent;
- Capable of taking basic product/event photos;
- Knowledge of managing fanpages and websites (WordPress or similar CMS is an advantage);
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for report compilation.
