JOB DETAILS: Participate in developing digital marketing strategies and plans for the company's real estate projects, including products from developers such as Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, and MIK. Implement and monitor advertising of the company's products and services on online channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Participate in developing digital marketing strategies and plans for the company's real estate projects: products from developers: Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, MIK.
- Implement and monitor advertising of the company's products and services on online channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, etc.
- Collaborate with Content Marketing and Design teams to develop online marketing channels and ensure the achievement of set goals.
- Conduct acceptance testing of marketing activities as required by the company and the investor.
- Assisting the Marketing department in organizing several internal company events.
- Prepare reports as required.
REQUEST:- Graduated from university/college with a major in Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably candidates with experience in real estate digital marketing.
- Possesses strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- The ability to evaluate results, provide justifications using analytical metrics, and understand the target audience.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills: knowledge of Marketing, trend identification, understanding of Market Analysis, experience with Research, and proficiency in Analysis.
To meet the job requirements, knowledge of: Event Marketing, Planning, Social Media Marketing, other marketing areas, and experience working with Digital Marketing are necessary.
