1. Visa application research, consultation, and processing:
- Find and update information on visa policies and procedures for various countries through the system.
- We guide clients in preparing documents, filling out forms, scheduling appointments, and completing visa application files.
- Receive, check, and process customer documents to ensure they are complete and accurate before submission.
- Monitor the application processing progress at the consular office, update the status, and provide feedback to clients.
- We provide consulting services, guidance on procedures, and price quotes for clients needing visas to various countries (Japan, South Korea, Europe, Canada, America, etc.).
2. Finding customers and developing the market
- Plan, establish relationships, and conduct business activities with client groups such as airline ticket agents, FDI enterprises, study abroad consulting companies, etc., who require visa services.
- Make marketing calls and provide sales consultations via phone, email, and other online channels to persuade customers to use the company's products (Visa, Airline Tickets, Hotels).
- Provide consultation, quotations, and negotiate visa service contracts. Ensure that assigned sales targets are met.
- Analyze competitors and propose appropriate strategies. Suggest ideas to enhance competitiveness and business efficiency.
3. Other tasks
- Manage and store customer records in accordance with security regulations.
- Monitor and provide customer care before, during, and after service usage.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
