Working time
8:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Saturday every week

Job Description

Receive 100% Customer Data from Marketing department.
Contact potential customers (businesses, individuals) by phone, introduce information about products/services.
Answer information about products/services to customers including features, utilities, prices,...
Ask for customer information such as name, address, phone number to complete/close the order.
Make an appointment with the customer for the technician to do the job.
Receive and process orders over the phone.
Collecting customer feedback about the product after use, synthesizing information of potential customers to take care of many times

Request

Confidence, communication skills, handling situations and teamwork skills
Agile, progressive and honest in work
Have a personal computer (The company provides noise-cancelling equipment)
No experience required, candidates will be trained in professional skills

Salary: 7,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND.
