MAIN TASKS
1. Content creation & management
- Draft, edit and present content in English for Fanpage channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and Website, including: static pages, landing pages, pop-ups and micro-copy.
- Produce media content for key campaigns.
2. Email Marketing
- Plan and draft email content aimed at both users and brand owners.
- Manage and send regular email campaigns, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
3. Track & analyze performance
- Collect and evaluate basic content metrics (reach, engagement, bounce, time on page, open rate).
- Research customer insights to optimize content orientation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly work progress reports.
4. Participate in Marketing campaign
- Work closely with the team to develop concepts and content scripts for PR, seeding and community engagement campaigns.
- Edit and adjust content for various communication channels (website, social, email).
5. Cooperation & Development
- Work closely with CEO, Designer, Dev and other departments.
- Proactively propose new ideas, ready to receive feedback and improve.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Level/Knowledge
University graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, or related majors.
Priority is given to candidates with international English certificates: TOEIC 650 or IELTS 5.0 (or equivalent).
Skill
Proficient in English at a professional level (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for Content Marketing purposes.
Ability to write and edit English content with correct grammar, rich vocabulary and style appropriate for an international audience.
Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
Experience in planning and writing email marketing.
Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI,...) to support content editing and optimization.
Branding mindset, developing consistent voice & tone.
Proactive, responsible, good at working independently and in a team.
Passionate about creating content, aiming for value for customers and the community.
Experience
At least 2 years of in-depth experience in Content Marketing for digital products or SaaS platforms (Digital Product/SaaS).
