- Job details:
- Receiving and contacting customers: telesales using company-provided data.
- Build a personal brand channel on social media platforms such as Zalo and Facebook.
- Advise and plan for clients on suitable programs and services that the company offers.
- Guiding clients through procedures for obtaining visas, work permits, business licenses, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest information regarding procedures and policies related to investor visas.
- Support the team in organizing sharing sessions and updating clients on immigration information.
- Possess thorough knowledge of products and programs to provide attentive customer service and support throughout the service period.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to successfully complete client documentation.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Management Department.
- Job requirements:
- Female, aged 25-30.
- Confident, dynamic, and eager to learn.
- Capable of recording videos to share information.
- Graduated from university/college in the following fields: business, foreign languages, tourism, etc.
- English proficiency at a good level or higher.
- Proficient in office computer skills, internet information searching, and social media interaction.
- Pleasant appearance, clear voice, ability to present in front of a crowd.
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service for 1-2 years, with a passion for immigration-related fields.
- Professional, dynamic, proactive, honest, and responsible work ethic.
