- Interact and work directly with affiliates, analyze current activities and problems in production, business and management activities of affiliates. From there, propose IT options to optimize redundant and missing tasks, optimize production and business efficiency, and operational management.

- Have certificates: BA, Data analyst, Agile, Scrum, project management,
- Ability to communicate well in English, read and translate in-depth technical and technological documents.
- Minimum 08 years (CVC)/ 05 years (CV) of management experience in the field of IT project management, CDS projects, BA, Data analyst
- Broad understanding of IT systems, IT solutions, digital transformation, digitization, ERP in production and business, Logistics
- Good research and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate teamwork and carry out independent work effectively
- Organizational skills, scientific arrangement, reasonable, good time management
- Withstand high work pressure
- Be urgent, drastic and proactive in all activities, do not avoid or rely.
- Work with a high service spirit, quickly and satisfactorily resolve all arising problems.
