Freshdi.com is a B2B platform connecting buyers and sellers in the global food and agricultural sector. We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Advertising Specialist (60%) and Designer (40%) for the Marketing department to support the development of the company's marketing and advertising campaigns.
I/ Scope of work 1. Run ads (60%): - Plan and execute advertising campaigns on online platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize advertising performance to ensure KPIs are met.
- Analyze user behavior and recommend appropriate advertising strategies.
- Report the effectiveness of advertising campaigns periodically to the Marketing department head.
- Manage advertising budget and ensure cost efficiency.
2. Design (40%): - Design creative content for advertising campaigns: banners, images, short videos.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand identity and deliver high communication effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the content team to produce appropriate communication messages for each campaign.
- Update and create new designs according to market trends and requirements of the Marketing department.
II/ Job objectives - Ensure advertising campaigns achieve KPI targets for reach, conversion rate and advertising cost.
- Design creative, attractive communication products that are consistent with the company's strategic direction.
- Optimize advertising budget, increase communication efficiency and profits for the company.
III/ Results to be achieved - Complete at least 80% of the KPI set for advertising campaigns each quarter.
- Designs that meet aesthetic and creative requirements and are suitable for marketing campaigns.
- Increase Freshdi brand awareness on media platforms and increase customer conversion rates.
IV/ General experience and skills- Work Experience : Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns and graphic design in the marketing or communications field.
- Project Management Skills : Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple advertising and design projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed on time.
- Creative and strategic thinking : Candidates need to be able to come up with creative solutions, while understanding marketing strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Communication and teamwork skills : Ability to coordinate with departments, especially the content team, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication campaigns.
Prioritize- Having a certificate related to online marketing, digital marketing, or graphic design is an advantage.
- Experience in the agricultural, food industry or working with B2B platforms will be preferred.
