JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact customers (already available) to receive information about the need to request a quote.
- Check / verify the quality of sourcing goods of the sourcing department. Finalize the results of internal quotation.
- Make and send quotes to customers. Follow the quotation, until receiving the customer's PO.
- Follow up delivery progress to customers after having PO.
- Developing RFQ projects from active customers: including: developing potential RFQ items from customers.
- Search and develop sourcing resources for the team, if needed.
- Make weekly reports: Including: Difficult issues, Claim List of customers by Week / Customer revenue by month and revenue development plan for each next month.
- Other tasks as assigned by management and the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Requirements: fluent in Chinese or English / Japanese / Korean (priority to study in China is an advantage)
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a position of sourcing goods or equivalent work.
- Working place: Pham Van Dong, Hanoi.
