• Communicating with customers (in person or by phone), receiving all customer complaints and inquiries about business products and services
• Support customers, find ways to solve their problems
• Proactively contact customers to collect information about their experiences when using products and services. From there, provide information to service providers to improve and perfect services and products.
• Giving gifts and incentives to loyal customers and VIP guests on special occasions such as holidays, birthdays...
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to implement advertising campaigns, promotional programs... for loyal customers.
• Propose and implement customer care plans, measure customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Consulting and providing complete information about products and services to customers on the spot or going to the market, analyzing the actual needs of customers to provide products and services
• Use online customer communication tools Facebook/Google/Zalo to communicate and solve customer's problems and questions
Candidate Requirements
• Age 25-35, good looking, over 1m55 tall, knowing English is an advantage
• Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the Medical/Pharmaceutical/Cosmetology Service or Health Care industry
• Effective communication skills with customers
• Situational handling and problem solving skills
• Skills in market analysis and research, products and services
• Skills to work under pressure: under high pressure from KPI and the biggest from customers. Having difficult guests and taking care of them is never an easy job
• Teamwork skills to coordinate with other departments to solve problems for guests and improve service quality
• Be patient and flexible when dealing with customers.
