Job Description

Propose measures to increase work efficiency and human resource development strategy of the company;
Develop a system of related legal documents: Rules, regulations, processes, provisions... to organize implementation and control;
Develop regulations on salary, benefits, measures to encourage employees to work, and implement policies for employees;
Monitor and resolve issues related to labor regime: Labor contracts, Social insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave... of employees within the entire Company.
Check and collect data to calculate salaries and bonuses for staff;
Participate in resolving labor disputes and participating in building labor relations;
Manage, update and store records and documents related to human resources work;
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head

Candidate requirements

University degree in related majors;
Experienced in calculating salary, bonus, union fees, social insurance, tax;
Have at least 3 years of experience in C&B position of Enterprises with scale of 100 or more Employees;
In-depth understanding of labor law and practical experience applied to human resource management;
Ability to work in a team, creative thinking;
Proficient in office software applications, good at excel.

Working time

Monday - Saturday (from 08:00 to 17:30)

- Monday Friday: 8:00 17:30 (lunch break 12:00 13:30)
- Saturday: 8:00 12:00
