1. Internal software system management (BRAVO)
- Analyze user requirements and propose system solutions suitable for each specific business.
- Write business specification documents (BRD, SRS) and support software development team during implementation.
- Software functional testing (UAT), supporting users to access and use the system effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed software and propose improvements.
2. Information system management & security
- Coordinate with the technical department to establish and maintain control mechanisms and access authorization for information internally.
- Participate in assessing risks related to information entering/exiting the system and recommending control and encryption measures if necessary.
- Coordinate and monitor information processing between departments, ensuring compliance with data security regulations.
- Build reports and dashboards according to the needs of each department and management.
- Other professional tasks as arranged by management
-Education: University degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Accounting or related fields.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or positions related to system analysis, business data (priority given to candidates with experience in manufacturing companies)
- Proficient in tools: Excel, Power BI, SQL, or process drawing software such as Visio, Draw.io, Figma,...
Good communication, analytical and inter-departmental coordination skills.
- Income: 16,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month (Gross). The above income does not include quarterly bonuses and annual performance appraisal bonuses.
