What is NEEDED for DELTA
- From 01 YEAR EXPERIENCE in the field of HIGH-CLASS real estate sales or HIGH-VALUE products. If you LACK OF EXPERIENCE , you need to make up for it with SALES QUALITY , Delta will take care of the rest of the TRAINING .
- Appearance must be NEAT , to receive UPPER CLASS guests
- Sharp, confident, good communication, able to persuade customers
- Knowledge of finance, investment, real estate law.
- Skills to personalize customer experience.
- NEED TO SUBMIT CV to be EQUIPPED with knowledge and skills to advise VIP CUSTOMERS
- Have personal laptop and transportation
- Have a high sense of responsibility
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Income
- Income when reaching 100% KPI: 100 - 200 million VND
- Fixed salary: 12 - 18 million VND
- Fixed salary regardless of sales
