    Job Description

    Update information about new goods and products.

    Receive goods from the warehouse department and check the status of goods:

    • Save information about goods such as imported, sold, inventory quantity, etc
    • If there is a problem or incident, it must be reported to superiors for timely resolution.
    • Understand information about each product type such as name, current promotions, price, usage, storage, etc.

    Arrange and display goods at the store.

    Consulting and selling products:

    • Greet customers as they enter the store.
    • Identify customers' real needs and recommend suitable products.
    • Provide product-related information to customers.
    • Can assist customers in product selection.

    Customer care:

    • Receive customer lists and sales targets from superiors, managers, sales via fanpage, phone through the amount of data available at the company.
    • Consulting and convincing customers about using the company's products.
    • Respond to messages and customer feedback on social media channels and websites

    Manage customer information and continuously update the database system.

    Understand and understand the features, characteristics, prices, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products, and competitors' products.

    Receive and handle customer complaints about products, delivery times, etc.

    Data entry and order management on POS system.

    Report revenue and best-selling products every day.
