Job Description:

Create TikTok advertising campaigns and campaign goals
Collaborate with content to come up with video ads ideas
Run live ads, regular videos, AI videos,
Optimize advertising costs
Reports and other tasks assigned from time to time

Interest:

Income 20M-25M/month (can be higher depending on ability). Including: Fixed salary 10M-15M (negotiable) + commission % + allowance (salary paid from 1st to 5th of every month)
For candidates who have experience running AI channel Ads, they will receive the highest fixed salary.
Clear development roadmap, quick promotion opportunities: opportunity to become Leader within 6 months and have the opportunity to be a Owner in new projects
Get trained on other platforms if you have no experience: Facebook, Shopee,
Salary review: based on work performance or regular salary increase
13th month salary bonus, bonus, holidays,
Participate in in-depth professional and management skills training courses inside and outside the company with leading experts in the field of Marketing and AI applications
Pay social insurance when officially working
Annual travel, team building, year-end party, personal/child birthday, wedding,
National holidays: New Year/Lunar New Year, April 30, September 2,
Annual leave (12 days/year)

Request:

Minimum 1 year of experience running TikTok Ads. Priority given to those who can run multiple platforms.
Have run large budgets from 500 million VND/month or more and priority has been given to running AI channels
Ability to analyze data and report
Ready for high intensity work
Strong desire to learn, earn high income and advance
Using AI tools, Canva, Capcut,..

Working time:

Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00)
Saturday (8:00 - 12:00)
