    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Implement daily production plan according to the goals and plans set by the section lead.
    • Attendance and assign workers according to the skills trained in the line.
    • Motivate and motivate employees to achieve output and productivity goals.
    • Monitor and ensure that employees in the assigned work area follow the correct procedures and processes, ensuring the quality of output products.
    • Solve arising problems, engineer report, section lead.
    • Control production materials, ensure production in accordance with norms.
    • Maintain and manage equipment, tools and machinery in the area in charge.
    • Assist engineers with improvement projects and problem solving.
    • Support and guide the implementation of company rules.
    • Ensure the shift transfer between shifts must be done well. Problems that arise in the case need to be clearly documented so that the next case is not encountered.
    • Inspection of occupational safety of all workers in the shift.
    • Ensure to maintain 5S in the workshop and participate in 5S audits for the entire department
    • Train and monitor the work quality of new employees.
