Job content / Job Description- Organize the implementation of resolutions and decisions of the parent company;
- Decide on issues related to the company's daily business operations;
- Organize the implementation of the company's business plan and investment plan;
- Promulgating the company's internal management regulations;
- Appoint, dismiss, and dismiss company management positions;
- Sign contracts on behalf of the company, unless you must go through the Parent Company before signing;
- Propose a plan for the company's organizational structure;
- Submit annual financial reports to the parent company;
- Proposing plans for using profits or handling losses in business;
- Recruiting workers for the company;
- Connector to exchange, receive information and report to the Parent Company.
- Be responsible before the law and the parent company for implementing the above rights and obligations
Requirements/ Requirements- Preferably male, University graduate or higher majoring in business and economics.
- Japanese N1 (Required): proficient in speaking and writing skills. Priority is given to knowing more English
- Have over 3-10 years of experience as a senior manager in information technology.
- Understand Japanese company culture.
- Be ready for frequent business travel

- Salary: Negotiable
