Job Description
- Lead & train reading mentors and reading assistants.
- Manage daily library operation.
- Monitor student reading activities.
- Coordinate with education counseling team to increase subscription.
- Develop and organize reading skill programs & events to promote reading.
- Research and request library improvements.
- Be in charge of re-subscription rate.

Job Requirements
Overall, candidates are expected to have a genuine interest in the academic, social, and emotional growth of children, a love for reading and serve as a role model for students in terms of English ability, reading skils & behaviors.
• Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree.
- English Proficiency Certificate: IELTS 8.0 or equivalent.
- Degree in Library is preferred.
• Experiences
- 3 – 4-year experience managing libraries in the U.S or at international schools.
- Minimum 5-year experience teaching English to young learners
• Skills & qualities
- IT: Efficient exposure to MS Office, Google Suite, mobile & tablet application.
- Love for reading & books, resourcefulness, determination, sense of responsibility, love for children, interest in learning, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, adaptability, etc.
• Other requirements:
- Committed to working in the evening and on the weekend
- Tentative working hours (44 hours/week)
