* Responsible for the Account of Servo & 1 local subsidiary
* Set up & establish Finance Policy for SDE
* Responsible for SDE accounting, database, daily business transaction, ensure its reliability & accuracy
* Responsible for controlling cash flow, payments & receivables
* Responsible for monitoring & filing of all legal documents related to accounting
* Deal with all taxes issues
* Ensure accurate recognition of revenues & expenses
* Due to account review, reconciliation & analysis
* Monitor expenditure by Department & report on variances
* Prepare VAT declaration & VAT refund
* Responsibility for correct preparation of all Tax returns
* Maintain accuracy inventory count & valuation procedures
* In charge of inserting internal controls are in place to prevent theft, fraud or any corrupt activity
* Monitor the asset fix & confirm correct valuations
* Manage payments & accounting of expenditures throughout the company & to insure the payments are properly managed according to company policies & government regulations
* Manage receivables & maintain good relationship with customer accounting department to ensure collection of invoices on time
* Lead to preparation of budgets, to monitor & report on performance
* Co-ordinate the development, implementation & monitoring of accounting system
* Responsible for setting up, maintaining & updating Standard Operating Procedure
* Deal effectively with banks & to assist in establishing a line of credit & loans
* To work with logistics department to ensure the physical stock is tally or equal to the inventory
* To work effectively with Audit Firm to insure a prompt & accurate audit yearly
* To complete monthly, quarterly & yearly Financial Statements including forecast and various detail analysis for Director
* Manage accounting staffs
* Establish & promote a good working environment within the accounting department & a co-operative team relationship with all the other departments
* Responsible for all other related tasks related to the position
