    Job Description

    POSITION: COMMANDER

    JOB CONTENT
    • Deploy daily work at the construction site. Develop construction processes and measures, implement and supervise contract performance.
    • Develop material plan, organize human resources, equipment and machinery for construction implementation.
    • Establish specific construction progress for teams and employees.
    • Construction management ensures safety, quality and progress.
    • Plan to manage, monitor and control the construction quality of the project, check any issues arising from technical criteria, construction drawings and propose solutions.
    • Disassemble and analyze construction volume, prepare construction payment and settlement records.
    • Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks and the level of impact of risks related to construction processes, construction methods, construction sites, movement diagrams, equipment, weather, and related parties.
    • Organize internal acceptance records, stage acceptance and handover acceptance for use.
    • Participate in project meetings with investors, supervision consultants and project stakeholders. Supervise technical staff in construction execution.
    • Assign specific and reasonable tasks to subordinates to ensure the correct implementation of assigned goals.
    • Implement cost control of construction items.
    • Manage and operate other works of the projects.

    REQUEST
    • Graduated from College majoring in Electricity
    • Experience: at least 01 year of experience in commanding the construction of Electrical and Low Voltage projects in high-rise apartment buildings.
    • Ability to work under pressure, teamwork, sense of responsibility.
    • High initiative in work. Good diplomatic relations and communication.
    • Honest, decisive, proactive at work.
    • Age from: 1980 – 1992
    • Gender: Male.
    • Potential for long term commitment
    • Construction supervision: Accept fresh graduates. Enthusiastic, agile.
