    Job Description

    • Organizing general management and operation of the construction site command board
    • Develop measures and construction schedule, submit to Board of Directors and Investor for approval
    • Organize construction according to approved plan, schedule and construction methods.
    • Manage and allocate personnel according to project requirements
    • Work with investors and factory owners on progress, safety, quality and payment documents.
    • Advise the Board of Directors on professional fields, progress, and measures to bring the highest efficiency to the project.
    • Quantity takeoff and material requirements
    • Carry out legal construction documents as well as payment and acceptance documents of the project.
    • Conduct training and job guidance for new employees at the project
    • Perform other duties related to Site/project operations
