Job Description

- Overall management of all activities of the Construction/Project Management Board (organization of the Management Board, assignment and assignment of work to each member of the Construction Management Board).
- Organize and deploy construction departments, prepare quality documents, payment and settlement documents, meet payment schedule with the Investor according to the contract, subcontractors and construction team.
- Ensure the implementation of construction measures and procedures for assigned work to ensure quality, quantity, progress, occupational safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention and fighting at the construction site in compliance with the Company's regulations and rules and the provisions of the Law.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Company at the Construction Site.
Candidate requirements
- Male: Age 38 to 47 years old.
- Professional qualifications: Traffic Engineering/Civil Engineering/Hydraulic Engineering; Regular university;
- Have a Certificate of practice in construction supervision of civil/traffic/hydraulic works, grade II or higher.
- Have a certificate of construction site manager.
- Have 15 years of experience or more. Have been a construction site manager for over 8 years.
- Understand the construction process as well as construction quality management records. Knowledge of construction techniques and construction management; Understand the provisions of the Law in the field of construction.
- Skills in organizing and managing construction; building planning goals, budget estimates; time management; risk management; communication, problem solving; teamwork; guiding and mentoring employees; persuading and negotiating
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, Project, office software..., priority given to candidates who can use REVIT.
- Proactive and creative, quick-witted, careful, honest, integrity, able to withstand high pressure at work.
