- Directly organize, manage and implement projects assigned by the company.
- Implement construction planning, organize construction site, establish overall construction schedule and be in charge of directing, supervising, and taking responsibility for construction according to plan, ensuring construction works are of the correct quality according to design documents and legal regulations.
-Analyze project risks and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate and use resources (labor - materials - equipment - teams - suppliers) on the construction site reasonably to achieve the committed progress, quality, safety and bring the highest efficiency.
- Control payment/settlement volume acceptance records; advance/payment request records before submitting for payment approval.
-Regularly, periodically or suddenly report on the implementation of bidding work to the Board of Directors or provide timely information to the Departments/Divisions/Units in the Company when requested by the Board of Directors.
- Propose recommendations, solutions, and situations to resolve all arising issues, additions, and changes related to the implementation of construction management work to bring optimal efficiency and the most benefits to the Company.
- Ensure that the implementation and management of the project does not cause any disadvantage/damage to the company. Ensure honesty and transparency in the project management process.
-Responsible as the head of all issues occurring at the construction site. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
