    Job Description


    Responsible for operating, supervising and managing all construction activities at the site.

    • Make a general and detailed construction plan according to the signed contract schedule.
    • Organize work implementation at the site, assign work to construction teams and control progress.
    • Control quality, labor safety and environmental sanitation at construction site.
    • Manage materials, equipment, construction machinery, control loss and propose reasonable supply.
    • Work with supervision consultants, investors and relevant parties to handle technical, progress and documentation issues.
    • Check and confirm actual construction volume to serve payment to the investor.
    • Review and check payment records for Construction Team, Subcontractors, Suppliers before submitting to the Director.
    • Periodically report progress, quality, costs and issues arising during construction.
    • Ensure the project is completed on schedule, meeting technical and safety requirements as prescribed.
    • Participate in project risk analysis and proactively propose solutions for handling and prevention.
    • Responsible for securing the Company's important records, documents and information systems.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the company director.
    • Be promoted to a higher position if you prove your ability during work.
